• Ensure the legal security of the bank’s activities.
• Prevent legal risks.
• Manage regulatory and litigation aspects;
• Guarantee the compliance of operations and support projects by ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework (OHADA, COBAC, BEAC, etc.);
• Implement legal and amicable debt recovery strategies.

• Master 2 in Business and Corporate Law, Law and Judicial Careers, International Trade and Investment Law;
• Good command of OHADA law, banking law, corporate law, labor law

• Minimum 5 years in a legal role in the financial sector, legal consultancy firm, law firm, etc.
• Experience in recovery and management of litigation portfolios highly appreciated

KNOW-HOW

• Mastery of OHADA law, national, sub-regional and international banking and financial regulations
• In-depth knowledge of securities, legal procedures, enforcement procedures
• Proven experience in drafting and securing legal documents
• Good understanding of credit operations, restructuring, provisioning Knowledge of banking secrecy
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Reception techniques
• Expression in French and English languages
