marketing Cameroon and CEMAC zone of aggregates

Main missions
Attached to Management Control, you are responsible for analytical accounting, monitoring
of production costs and the reliability of analytical allocations. You contribute to
the optimization of industrial performance through precise financial analyses.
• Structure and manage multi-site cost accounting
• Define cost axes and cost centers
• Monitor actual production costs (quarry, crushing, transport)
• Prepare periodic reports (costs vs. budgets, variances)
• Calculate margins by product, site or site
• Provide decision-making dashboards for the Finance Department
Key responsibilities
• Correct allocation of costs to the right cost centers
• Calculation of full cost (materials, energy, labor, depreciation, etc.)

• Monitoring of actual cost / standard cost variances
• Collaboration with the Production, Maintenance, Purchasing departments
• Management of a team of accounting analysts
• Data reliability for financial and operational reporting
Desired profile
Training:
• Masters degree/Bac + 4/5 in Accounting, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent
• Certification in cost accounting or performance management (asset)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control or cost accounting
• Industrial or mining experience strongly desired

Skills:
• Perfect mastery of SYSCOHADA analytical accounting
• Knowledge of industrial production costs
• Practice of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics environment, etc.) advanced level
• Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy
Personal qualities:
• Leadership, organizational skills
• Critical thinking and responsiveness
• Ability to lead a team and interact with operational staff
