The multinational Corporation For Africa & Overseas (CFAO) is looking for Head of Supply Chain

JOB BRIEF

Coordinate logistics operations from order to delivery;
Analyze raw material needs and establish the supply plan accordingly;
Ensure inventory optimization according to cost and volume objectives and ensure reporting;
Guarantee the availability of standard and specific raw materials in compliance with deadlines and requirements Safety, Quality, Costs;

Organize and control the management of stocks of raw materials;
Make supply chain processes more reliable in order to improve internal customer satisfaction;
Coordinate services: transit, local purchasing, scheduling and logistics storage;
Develop and ensure effective communication with other departments;
Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions;
Manage the relationship with suppliers and other service providers and track payments;
Manage the team, animate resources, monitor their performance develop their skills.

PROFILE

Recognized know-how on supply chain management operations and a “data & result oriented” culture ideally in FMCG.
Mastery of customs regulations and international trade (Incoterms, etc.).
Mastery of logistics tools and procedures
Knowledge of the organization of the national and international transport chain.
Mastery of tariff costing techniques related to import/export.
Mastery of office tools mainly spreadsheets.
