Description
MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Manage the service:
- Secure its scope of activity by ensuring a
permanent increase in the skills of its department’s resources - Provide supervision to your team (monitoring of management dashboards,
team meetings) - Ensure the ongoing achievement of the objectives assigned to the service
- Developing team spirit in the department
Ensure legal monitoring in order to integrate all
legislative developments impacting the company:
- Identify new texts, ensure their dissemination and appropriation.
- Ensure the follow-up of all complaints addressed to the company in
compliance with the deadlines and internal procedures in force
Ensure monitoring of all legal proceedings of any nature in
which the company is involved:
- ➢ Monitor and update the role of hearings in real time
➢ Ensure the proper maintenance of files by an exhaustive and ordered classification of the constituent elements ➢
Digitize and archive the exhaustiveness of the files in its scope in the dedicated tool ➢ Develop and monitor defense arguments in conjunction with lawyers ➢ Ensure effective monitoring of the processing of invoices for fees , costs of lawyers and other legal assistants (Fees and costs pocket in each file / Monitoring table for legal assistants) ➢ Regularly hold activity reporting sessions with your team ➢ Respond to 100 % of seizures made in the hands of Orange Cameroon by third parties in the cases leave legal
Handling third-party complaints:
- ➢ Keep a log of all complaints received
➢ Collect the elements of response to complaints from operational departments ➢ Finalize the responses within the time limits • Process legal requisitions ➢ Ensure that the requisitions received by Orange Cameroon come from the competent authorities ( Prosecutor ‘s Office , Judicial Police, Administration , etc. ) ➢ Process and provide the requisitions received by questioning the dedicated platforms and / or the operational departments concerned , ➢ Write and transmit the response letters to the requisitions processed ➢ Systematically detect and report any malfunction observed in the er rent to the system
Reporting on its activities:
- ➢ Present the reporting of its activity at the planned frequency
Follow recovery procedures in files sent by the Customer Experience Department:
- ➢ Analyze and verify the content of the files
➢ Assess the appropriateness of prosecutions ➢ Appoint lawyers ➢ Follow procedures
Represent the company in court and respond on behalf of
the company to summonses from law enforcement/judicial authorities
➢ Attend summonses
➢ Represent the company at hearings before the Courts ➢ Write minutes/reports of hearings and discussions , and forward them to management within 24 hours ➢ Ensure follow-up of actions following these hearings and summonses
Maintain activity tracking tables
➢ Maintain activity monitoring tables up to date
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Standard training : BAC+4 minimum in Law, preferably Private Law
Minimum experience : 3 years minimum in the legal field
