Hotel Accountant Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Manage daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, billing, payroll, and banking.
Reconcile bank statements and track cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure financial processes align with company policies and accounting principles.
Collaborate with department heads to monitor expenses and cost control.
Handle vendor payments, guest billing issues, and petty cash management.
Requirements and Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s or higher).
Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) as an accountant in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, hotel financial systems, and bookkeeping.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Integrity, professionalism, and strong sense of confidentiality.
