HOTEL MANAGER needed at hotel and restaurant sector

As part of its missions, a local company operating in the hotel and restaurant sector with a standing of 04 stars is looking for its services a HOTEL MANAGER

MISSIONS




  • The candidate will be in charge of the operation and operational management of the hotel as well as the administrative, financial and commercial management;
  • The candidate will have to lead, animate and motivate the various heads of departments;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment and the quality of the services of which it is the guarantor;
  • Manage the hotel and ensure profitability;
  • Welcome customers and build loyalty;
  • Develop and ensure the optimization of the institution’s turnover
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the establishment’s movable and immovable assets;
  • Maintain the image and good reputation of the hotel;
  • Reflect on the offer of services to changes in customers;
  • Advocate and implement actions to promote the establishment and maintain productive internal and external commercial relations;
  • Control the compliance of the behavior and the behavior of the staff with the commercial standards of the establishment and the brand;
  • Represent the hotel in important events etc



SKILLS

You have significant experience and potential to evolve into these functions. Skills required:

  • Operational management skills of a hotel establishment;
  • Interpersonal and commercial skills;
  • Managerial skills;
  • Technical skills required (mastery of hotel management tools, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language skills: English required. Versatile, autonomous, organized, you know how to be available and flexible to adapt to the diversity of customers and staff. Positive/Ve, listening, you know how to set an example to all employees to instil a climate of trust and positive requirement in the establishment.
  • You promote mutual aid, work and team spirit and know how to put the customer at the center of priorities.

PROFILE
The candidate will:

  • Have a higher education diploma such as hotel school / business school / business management;
  • Be under 45 years of age;
  • Have proven experience in hotel management or have been head of several departments for at least 5 years.
  • Be proficient in at least two languages, particularly English and French.
  • Having a proven and successful experience in hotel management is essential to apply.
