MISSIONS
- The candidate will be in charge of the operation and operational management of the hotel as well as the administrative, financial and commercial management;
- The candidate will have to lead, animate and motivate the various heads of departments;
- Ensure the proper functioning of the establishment and the quality of the services of which it is the guarantor;
- Manage the hotel and ensure profitability;
- Welcome customers and build loyalty;
- Develop and ensure the optimization of the institution’s turnover
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the establishment’s movable and immovable assets;
- Maintain the image and good reputation of the hotel;
- Reflect on the offer of services to changes in customers;
- Advocate and implement actions to promote the establishment and maintain productive internal and external commercial relations;
- Control the compliance of the behavior and the behavior of the staff with the commercial standards of the establishment and the brand;
- Represent the hotel in important events etc

PROFILE
The candidate will:
- Have a higher education diploma such as hotel school / business school / business management;
- Be under 45 years of age;
- Have proven experience in hotel management or have been head of several departments for at least 5 years.
