Hotel Manager Vacancy

Qualifications and Skills Required:
4+ years of managerial experience in hotel management or similar roles.
Proven success in managing high-end or luxury hotel operations (at least 3 Star Hotels).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent sales, marketing, and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to relocate or travel as needed.
Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.
Role Objectives:
Create a positive and professional hotel culture.
Oversee reservations, inventory, and guest arrival processes.
Develop and enforce policies for guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Maintain vendor contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
