For the needs of its services, SCI Hauts Plateaux is recruiting:
POSITIONS: Hotel Managers
FILE SUBMISSION: GENERAL MANAGEMENT (Yaoundé/ Bastos)
*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: *
– Coordinate the maintenance of equipment, circulation areas and rooms;
– Coordinate the organization, reception, registration, installation and departure of customers;
– Ensure the traceability of all operations by keeping records and accounting documents;
– Report the activity to the hierarchy;
– Manage returns, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction;
– Set up loyalty programs or offers to attract and retain customers;
– Develop strategies to increase the visibility of the hotel (social networks, partnerships, premises);
– Collaborate with online booking platforms;
– Propose special offers for specific seasons or groups;
– Resolve internal conflicts and encourage a good working spirit;
– Ensure safety and hygiene standards;
– Ensure compliance with local hotel and tourism regulations;
