HR & Admin Coordinator Cameroon Yaoundé (Position open to nationals)

The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating human resources and administrative activities in accordance with national regulations and NRC policies. He provides support to HR Managers and members of management for the proper implementation of programs and projects.
Responsibilities
1- General Responsibilities
Support HR department heads in the implementation of NRC HR systems and procedures.
Support to ensure compliance with NRC policies, manuals, guidelines and donor requirements.
Prepare and submit reports and analyses.
Ensure the correct archiving of all support documents.
Provide technical support to managers and ensure that the HR team is trained.
Supervise and manage the HR and Admin team in Yaoundé.
Technical referent for HR/field admin.
Provide advice in the management of personnel conflicts.
Coordinate staff recruitment and exits, introductions and trainings.
2- Specific responsibilities
By ensuring compliance with the national legal framework, supports the HR Manager in the implementation of NRC HR guidelines and procedures;
Participate in the preparation of the HR Action Plan (PoA) for Cameroon;
Ensures that the requirements of the national legal framework are put in place and respected;
Ensures the coordination and centralization of HR information and activities;
Coordinates the administration of the mission;
Coordinates recruitment for the mission and ensures compliance with the employee life cycle;
Coordinates the induction of staff;
Develops and monitors the mission training plan;
Ensures the accuracy of the payroll before transmission to the HR Manager;
Ensures that personnel files are up to date and correctly filed in Yaoundé;
Ensures the security of HR documents and manages their destruction in the event of evacuation;
Ensures the production of monthly and quarterly reports to the HR Manager;
Contributes to the updating of HR information systems: NRC People, Filling Tree HR and SharePoint HR;
Qualifications
1. Professional skills
Professional skills are the skills, knowledge and experiences that are essential to ensure good performance.
General professional skills:
Professional experience of at least 3 years as an HR Officer or Human Resources Coordinator in a humanitarian context.
Holder of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Law, Sociology, Work Psychology or any equivalent diploma. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Previous professional experience in complex and unstable contexts.
Proven results on the responsibilities of the position.
Knowledge of his style/leadership profile.
Basic level of English required, and fluent French
