BLESSING PETROLEUM SA is a company under Cameroonian law specializing in the storage and distribution of petroleum products. As part of the development of its activities, BLESSING PETROLEUM SA is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of an HR-Administration and Careers Manager in the city of Douala.
As a Purchasing and Inventory Manager, your main activity will be to implement the company’s purchasing policy in compliance with the strategic guidelines defined by the General Management. You will therefore participate in achieving the company’s qualitative, quantitative, organizational and financial objectives in terms of purchasing products and/or services. In this way, you will contribute to the good dynamics of the company’s economy by minimizing purchasing expenses, while ensuring that the quality standards of the products or services purchased correspond to the requirements of our company.
- Define and implement a purchasing and inventory management policy in accordance with the company’s strategic orientations as well as legal and regulatory requirements;
- Manage domestic and international purchasing and supply operations:
- Mitigate operational risks of purchases and inventory;
- Participate in the selection of service providers and the negotiation of prices and contracts;
- Manage and optimize product flows and reception; Ensure compliance of purchases made;

- BAC +3/4 in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance/Accounting or similar discipline
- Professional experience of at least 03 years in the position Excellent practice of fluent French and English Desired qualifications:
- Mastery of the concept of P2P (procurement to pay) Experience and practice of “strategic sourcing”;
- Experience in traceability management and reporting Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001 version 2015 standard regarding the management of external service providers
- Professional experience in the field of petroleum product distribution is an asset;
- Experience in managing ERP projects and petroleum product management tools is an asset
