Call for Applications: HR Administrative Agent (M/F)
We are looking for two (02)
experienced HR Administrative Agents (M/F), who have already worked in a staffing company.

administrative and contractual particularities linked to this type of service provision,

Your Main Missions
As an HR Administrative Agent, your responsibilities will include (non
-exhaustive list):
Administrative management of the personnel made available:
• Establishment and monitoring of employment contracts (CDD, CDI Interim,
etc.) and amendments.
o Management of hiring declarations and
administrative formalities.
• Monitoring of absences (sickness, paid leave, etc.) and
pension files.
이 Creation and updating of personnel files.
• Management of medical visits.
Support to employees and clients:
• Answer questions from employees made available concerning
their contract, pay, and rights.




• Ensure the administrative link with client companies.
• Transmit the information necessary for the preparation of
invoices and pay slips.
Regulatory monitoring:
• Ensure compliance of administrative practices with
current labor legislation, particularly those specific to
secondment companies.
Various administrative tasks:
• Filing, archiving and maintaining HR databases.
• Drafting letters and certificates.
Desired profile
Training: Bac+2 minimum in management, HR, secretarial or equivalent.
Essential experience: You have significant experience

(minimum 2 years) as an HR administrative officer in a
staffing company (temporary work, umbrella company,
etc.). This experience is crucial to understanding the specificities of
this sector.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in office tools (Office Pack, especially Excel and
Word).
In-depth knowledge of labor law and
applicable collective agreements.
• Familiarity with payroll and/or HR management software is a plus.
• Personal qualities:
• Rigor, organization and attention to detail.
• Autonomy and proactivity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
