Job (s): HR Assistant
Level (s): Minimum BAC+2/HND and above in Human Resources Management or any other related diploma Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position in the banking/financial sector or in an HR consultancy firm
Location: Yaoundé-Cameroon
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Assistant ensures the administrative and operational management of HR activities. He assists the HRD in carrying out various missions relating to recruitment, training planning, payroll management and career management.
JOB PROFILE
Technical skills
Know the legislative and regulatory provisions in HR management; Master the techniques, methods and tools of Human Resources management; Have and develop strong interpersonal skills; Master communication techniques; Master negotiation and conflict resolution techniques; Mastery of GEPEC applications; ERP would be an asset;
Cross-functional skills:
Autonomy; Rigor in work; Sense of responsibility; Availability and flexibility; Strong managerial capacity; Impeccable professional integrity.
Main activities
Under the responsibility of the Head of Human Resources Division, he is in charge of: Implementing the HR policy within the company; Ensuring the daily updating of personnel files; Setting up procedures for personnel administration; Monitoring affiliation files and family allowances of staff and retirement with the CNPS; Developing, implementing and evaluating training plans; Setting up a staff management and motivation system; Setting up a career development policy; Supervising payroll administration and personnel management; Ensuring regular HR reporting
