MISSIONS & MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Define in collaboration with the DIRECTOR GENERAL, the human resources management policy and ensure the operational implementation of the action plan.
• Administration and payroll (70%)
• HR Development (30%)
• Recruitment-training-evaluation of staff
• Promote employer brand and corporate culture.

PROFILE:

• Minimum license or BTS in HRM / Management,
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the function
• Age: 25 – 35
