MISSIONS
- Implement an HSEQ management program.
- Assess, prevent risks and propose risk mitigation measures
- Ensure security reporting and establish monitoring tables
- Ensure staff awareness and training in health, safety and environment
- Ensure the awareness and training of drivers, in collaboration with the operations management, in Health, Safety and Environment
- Ensure strict compliance with safety rules by our carriers
- Develop contingency and response plans
- Implement the safety, environment approach within the company
- Develop/monitor environmental impact studies
- Prepare for certification audits
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct field inspections

INITIAL TRAINING
- Master 2 in HSE, QSE, or Technical Engineering Diploma (BAC + 5) with a minimum experience of 3 years in the industrial field QHSE
KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL TO THE ACQUISITION OF THE POSITION
- General technical knowledge / Risk management
- Knowledge of health, safety, environment and working conditions regulations
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards or more broadly of health, safety, environment quality standards (ISO 9001v 2015, ISO 14000v 2015, ISO 45001v 2018)
- Experience in implementing a QSHE policy
- Management experience in the QHSE field

- Good knowledge of the downstream oil sector
