CEGELEC Cameroun, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies of the VINCI group, began its activities in Cameroon in 1979. Initially specializing in instrumentation, electrical installations and mechanics on offshore platforms for the oil sector, the company has since expanded its skills to telecommunications, maintenance, public lighting, electrical energy and tertiary services.
To better support its customers, VINCI Énergies has developed brands that unite expertise, including: ACTEMIUM, adopted by CEGELEC Cameroun since January 1, 2015, dedicated to VINCI Énergies’ industrial processes. It supports manufacturers in the development, modernization and performance of their sites around the world, in a long-term partnership approach.
OMEXOM, since January 1, 2016, a VINCI Énergies brand specializing in electrical energy production, transport, transformation and distribution projects.
As part of its activities, CEGELEC CAMEROUN is looking for an HR officer whose missions will be as follows:

- Participate in the implementation of the recruitment and integration policy.
- Process variable payroll items monthly.
- Capitalize on all training actions carried out in the HRIS.
- Manage internal communication.
- Serve as an interface with temporary employment agencies.
- Promote the annual “Young Talents Days” event.
- Actively participate and develop partnerships with schools.
- Holder of a higher diploma in human resources or social law (bac +4/5) with significant experience of at least five (05) years in a similar position.
- With good interpersonal skills and coordination skills, you demonstrate the power of initiative.
You are independent, organized and rigorous.
