HR Officer Vacancy

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with hotel goals.
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits and ensure payroll compliance with employment laws.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement.
Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
Ability to build strong relationships with staff at all levels.
