Human Resources Assistant
Fixed-term contract / AM status / Position based in Mbankomo

MAIN MISSIONS
• Participates in the implementation and monitoring of recruitment and integration procedures for new employees;
• Ensures the administrative management of personnel;
• Ensures payroll management;
• Ensures the provision of temporary staff with specialized agencies according to the needs expressed by the various departments,

• Ensures the archiving of HR department documents
in accordance with current legislation,
• Ensures regulatory monitoring,
• Reports on its activity.

PROFILE
• Master’s degree in human sciences or human resources
• Bac +2 training in management, administration or economics
• Mastery of office software
• Knowledge of labor law
• HRIS (principles and functionalities)
