Compagnie Fermière Camerounaise (CFC) is a subsidiary of the Somdia group located in Cameroon. Created on July 4, 2017, the Compagnie Fermière Camerounaise (CFC), a subsidiary of the SABC Group
CFC, created in 2017, aims to create an integrated complex around the valorization of corn. To this end,
CFC is establishing 4 units in the Yaoundé region:
– A corn mill for the processing of corn into grits for breweries, flour for
human consumption and co-products for animal nutrition; – A production unit for concentrated feed and complete feed; – A parent farm for the production of hatching eggs; – A hatchery for the production of day-old chicks. PURPOSES OF THE JOB In close collaboration with the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for managing seconded employees, supervisors and line agents. Monitoring the attendance of employees in the same category. Drafting human resources correspondence. Monitoring recruitment and all operations related to recruitment and ensuring the day-to-day management of human resources. JOB ENVIRONMENT HIERARCHICAL POSITIONING OF THE JOB Reporting to the CFC HR Manager. FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS With the CFC – All CFC Departments With external stakeholders – Administrations – Personnel provision companies – Recruitment agencies LOCATION The HR Assistant works in Mbankomo, in the CFC offices. ACTIVITY AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA The HR Assistant, in compliance with current legislation: – Participates in the implementation and monitoring of recruitment and integration procedures for new employees: o Writes job offers, o Ensures with managers that the selected profiles match their expectations; o Conducts interviews and writes reports on them – Ensures administrative management of staff: o Updating of personnel files, o Management of staff movements (entry and exit), o Establishment of administrative documents o Monitoring of leave – Ensures payroll management, – Monitors the professional development of staff: o Development/updating of job descriptions o Monitoring of training o Monitoring of annual evaluations o Monitoring of reclassifications, transfers, promotions

– Ensures the provision of temporary staff with specialized agencies according to the
needs expressed by the various departments,
– Ensures the archiving of HR department documents in accordance with current legislation,
– Ensures regulatory monitoring,
– Reports on its activity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Master’s degree in human sciences or human resources
– Bac +2 training in management, administration or economics
– Mastery of office software
– Knowledge of labor law
– HRIS (principles and functionalities)
REQUIRED QUALITIES
– Listening
– Sense of discretion and confidentiality
– Rigor and organization
– Interpersonal and writing skills
