HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (F/M) – AGESFO SARL
Our client, a large brewing company based in Douala, is recruiting a HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F).
Missions
- Privileged contact for operational managers, whose business issues and priorities he/she must know, the HR Business
- Patiner initiates and leads HR actions to improve the efficiency, agility of the existing organization and employee engagement.
As such, he (she)
- Participates in the definition and implementation of the HR strategy, according to the objectives predefined by management,
- Generally constitutes the single HR entry point for employees within its scope,
- Responds to all daily HR issues, relying on the technical expertise of dedicated services such as payroll, personnel administration, disciplinary, etc.
- Supports managers in understanding human issues and the development of their teams,
- Manages recruitment after having previously assessed the profitability of the teams, the economic interest in hiring new employees,
- Participates in the implementation of more global HR projects (SIKH, development path for high potentials).
Profile
- BAC+5 in Human Resources, Labor Law, Social Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of seniority in an HR function
- Minimum 1 year of seniority in a similar position (ideally)
- Know how to work in project mode
- Expertise in the use of Excel, SAP
- Has excellent listening and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity, versatility and dynamism are the soft skills required for this role.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
