HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

An Industrial Company is looking for an HR MANAGER for the needs of its services. Under the supervision of the Director of Resources, his mission will be to:

MISSION  : Recruitment and development of human capital

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

ü  Recruitment management

ü  Participation in the definition and implementation of an HR strategy according to the strategic objectives of the company and with the aim of supporting the teams in their evolution within the company

ü  Establish job descriptions and job descriptions for all functions,

ü  Ensure all internal and external replacements according to legal processes

ü  Develop staff skills

ü  Provide training adapted to the development needs of the company’s human capital

ü  Ensure the handling and management of operational teams; coach the teams

ü  Carry out all studies necessary for the development of human capital

ü  Submit and carry out improvement plans

 

 

The profiles sought are as follows  :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

– Level bac + 3 and more in Human Resources; At least 2 years of experience in human resources.

–       Having a certification in HR would be an asset.

–       Have a solid knowledge of management.

–      Be no more than 35 years old

 

 

 

 

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES :

– Great open-mindedness; great adaptability;

– Determination, Dynamism;

– Sense of detail, creativity and responsiveness;

– Analytical capacity and spirit of advanced synthesis

– Quality of leader and sense of leadership
