MAIN MISSIONS
Setting up a company-specific HR organization
ACTIVITIES
- Ensure, at the strategic level, the establishment of an HR organization, the definition and development of the HR budget, the analysis of human capital management issues as well as the proposal of an effective human capital strategy;
- Be in charge, at the operational level, among others, of:
- HR and payroll administration (regulatory provisions, recruitment, personnel file management, discipline, payroll, contract and movement management,…)
- performance management (development of evaluation grids, evaluation planning, post-training evaluation,…)
- HR development (updating job descriptions, developing the training plan,…)
- well-being (ergonomics at work, processing requests, health insurance, etc.)
- Provide advice and support to other operational entities
- Monitor HR projects (technical engineer of HRM-related projects)
- Ensure HR reporting (reporting dashboards)
