A HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (M/F)
Your mission:
Reporting to the General Management, you should take charge of various aspects of human resources management, with an emphasis on payroll processing, recruitment, administrative management of personnel, monitoring of social relations, and the implementation of HR policies promoting employee well-being.
Your Activities:
You will plan your work around the following activities:
➢ Recruitment
• Participate in defining recruitment needs with managers.
• Write and distribute job offers.
• Pre-select candidates, conduct interviews and participate in decision-making.
• Ensure the integration of new employees.
➢ Administrative management
• Supervise the management of employment contracts, amendments and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with current legislation. • Process administrative requests (leave, absences, etc.)
