Job description: A hydraulic engineer conducts hydrological studies by carrying out
studies to optimize the production of hydraulic power plants, while respecting safety
and environmental protection standards.

MISSIONS

• Carry out hydraulic studies;
• Carry out optimization studies of hydroelectric production;
• Conduct studies on the quality of flow forecasts;
• Design, modify, mount, adjust or maintain automated equipment sets;
• Ensure the maintenance and repair of hydraulic installations and systems;
• Determines hydraulic receivers, force calculation, speed-power torque…

SKILLS

• Minimum BAC + 5 in the field of geotechnics, hydrotechnics or hydrology;
• Significant experience of at least 2 years in one of the above fields;
• In-depth knowledge of hydrotechnical structures;
• Be rigorous and precise;
• Knowledge of fluid mechanics and mathematics;
