Information Systems Department of ACEP Cameroun S.A. is recruiting a User Support

In order to strengthen its staff, the Information Systems Department of ACEP Cameroun S.A. is recruiting a User Support Technician.
Duty Station: Directorate General – Yaoundé/Bastos

Activities:

• Advise users on the use of new software;
• Assist and process staff requests following malfunctions;
• Record reported incidents or operating anomalies, pre-diagnose and treat them according to the level of criticality and technicality;
• Intervenes at the first level during computer incidents by soliciting the necessary resources (internal or external);
• Report incidents to the hierarchy and optimize performance;
• Perform end-of-day processing (batch, backup/restore);
• Assist the Systems and Networks Administrator in the accomplishment of his mission.

Required profile:

• Have at least BAC + 02 in Computer Maintenance, Networks and Telecommunications, Maintenance and network infrastructures or other equivalent diploma;
• Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
