Ø Responsible for the agency’s treasury (cash movements and bank payments)
Ø Validate receipts and disbursements with supporting documents (invoices or bank payment slips)
Ø Complete the entry vouchers in the event of receipt and the exit vouchers in the event of stock removal.
Ø Carry out the cash inventory and enter the cash mist
Ø Film payments, all cash receipt and expenditure notebooks, cash register fog for management
Ø Produce a weekly report on the management of the agency’s cash register and store and transmit it to the agency manager
Ø Carry out a stock inventory at the end of each day and produce a report.
Ø Keep a stock sheet
Ø Send all documents (intended for general management) to the agency head at the end of the week
Ø Submit your needs to the agency manager every weekend
Monitor attendance sheets and ensure they are forwarded to HR
Have inventory management skills
Knowledge of GESCOM software will be an asset
2 years of experience desired in a similar position
