We are looking for a Payroll and Personnel
Administration Manager Main responsibilities:
for one of our Clients.
He/She will be responsible for:
• Coordinate, manage and supervise all administrative procedures of the company’s workforce, applying social regulations according to the rules and procedures of labor law;
• To ensure the interface between external interlocutors (tax administrations, social organizations, etc.) and internal interlocutors (employees, employees, General Management, etc.)
• Ensure the reporting of the company’s social indicators by developing social dashboards: monitoring of employee activity – remuneration, leave, absences –
• Perform any other mission assigned to him in the exercise of his functions.
Specific responsibilities:
➢ Organize and control payroll management• Manage the processing of payroll
elements.
• Manage social protection obligations.
• Control the realization of payments (salaries, social & tax contributions)
• Ensure the archiving of processing and payroll
closing documents• Set up a watch on the evolution of social legislation.
➢ Organize the administrative management of staff
• Manage the updating and management of all administrative aspects
related to personnel, from the employee’s entry into the company until
his exit: employment contracts, amendments, balance of any account…
• Coordinate actions relating to time management: absences, holidays and
illnesses, accidents at work
• Coordinate actions relating to occupational
medicine• Ensure the follow-up of disciplinary proceedings
• Ensure the management of the archiving of personnel files

Participate in the company’s HR policy
• Communicate with employees and social authorities: Staff representatives, Disciplinary Council, CHST, Labour Delegation, CNPS.
• Ensure the implementation and legal follow-up of agreements concluded.
• Organize elections for employee
representative bodies• Ensure the coordination of the benefits system: health insurance
and other programs implemented in the company
• Ensure the monitoring of social and financial indicators: absenteeism, discipline, training, staff movements, Overtime, establish the social balance sheet: social indicators – absenteeism, discipline, training, workforce movements
Profile:
Skills required:
• Master in Human Resources, Law, Management of organizations
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
• Desired experience in a multinational in the field of payroll and administrative management of Personnel
➢ Know-how:
• Mastery of office automation tools specialized in human resources management including Payspace
• Good legal knowledge related to social
law • Mastery of payroll management techniques
Soft skills
• Have a good sense of communication and interpersonal
skills• Have a sense of diplomacy• Be patient, pedagogue and available
• Be organized and methodical
• Demonstrate rigor, impartiality and discretion
• Be honest
