Mission:
MAIN MISSIONS

• Examine, analyze and evaluate the internal operating system in order to detect defects, identify risks that may influence the achievement of the result.
• Develop audit schedules, carry out audits, issue recommendations and evaluate the level of implementation of these recommendations.

ACTIVITIES

• Review, analysis and evaluation of the internal operating system in order to detect defects, identify risks that may influence the achievement of the result;
• Preparation of the annual or multiannual internal audit plan;
• Development of business risk mapping;
• Preparation, conduct and execution of audit engagements;
• Preparation of audit reports with recommendations;
• Evaluation of the level of implementation of the various recommendations adopted or approved by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the General Management;
• Evaluation of the internal control framework of each activity and task;
• Development of an audit guide;
• Analysis of the frequency of occurrence of risks and implementation of a risk control or mitigation system;
• Preparation of audit reports;
• Annual report on the implementation of the internal audit plan;
• Implementation of self-monitoring tools related to the implementation of activities;
• Monitoring and compliance with procedures related to the activity.
