Responsibilities
– Define the HSE policy and the resulting objectives according to the context
regulatory (legislative framework, labels and certifications obtained) and vision
Managerial;
– Provide operational support to all internal departments in order to
guarantee the safety of property and people;
– Carry out permanent monitoring of regulatory developments relating to HSE;
– Implement an occupational health and safety improvement program in
the company;
– Ensure with regard to HSE requirements and regulations, the compliance of
Installations and processes in internal departments by carrying out visits to
control (equipment and products), and supervise the chemical analyses of
the environment close to the production site (liquid, solid, airborne, gaseous, etc.);
– Implementation and monitoring of the action plan (prevention, correction and follow-up of situations
at risk, improvement of existing processes);

– Welcome the verifying and certifying bodies during audits or visits of
control;
– Represent the company in the HSE Committees of partner organizations (Gicam,
Chamber of Commerce, Ecam, Ministries) ;
– Analyze the risks related to the company’s activity (occupational disease, accidents,
environmental pollution, etc.) ;
– Conduct investigations to identify and study the causes of accidents and make
necessary recommendations;
– Design and animate internal training actions to raise awareness of
risk prevention;
– Design specific tools (posters, signage, videos) in collaboration with
the Directorate of Communication to facilitate communication relating to
HSE procedures;
– Lead with the General Management the meetings of the Health, Safety and Safety Committee
working conditions;
– Ensure compliance with and application of the procedures and instructions of the
Management.
– Ensure the protection of the company’s property and buildings against any risk and
any act of vandalism;
– Conduct surveillance rounds in-site, outside buildings and inside
the factory;
– Ensure the proper functioning of safety devices and equipment
techniques, remote monitoring;
– Alert, guide and facilitate the work of accident response teams;
– Ensure that any individual in the site respects safety rules
(wearing PPE in the indicated areas, respect for signage, respect for access
authorized);
– Reported to the hierarchy immediately, any dangerous event or
potentially dangerous, controllable or not, compromising the security of
the company;
– Enforce order within the company, during payroll, fiscal years
evacuation, and any other official grouping of employees;
Educational Requirements
Bac + 5 or Engineering degree in the field of quality, hygiene, health and
security.
Experience Requirements
8 years minimum in the HSE field with a position of responsibility.
Additional Requirements
General knowledge of science: chemistry, physics; physiology, anatomy,
good knowledge of the business environment and operation
