IPLANS SA is looking for Sales Engineers as part of its activities

MAIN MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing Director, the sales engineer will have as main tasks:




  •  Create and/or implement the business strategy;
  •  Analyze the sales and marketing strategy defined by the management and implement an action plan in the areas concerned;
  •  Animate and manage the sales force;
  •  Master the commercial speech and sales media;
  •  Train and coordinate commercial attachés;
  •  Set individual goals and follow them;
  •  Establish a prospecting plan (physical travel, telephone exchanges, mailing, etc.) that should allow you to achieve the objectives that will be set;
  •  Develop and boost sales of our services in defined areas;
  •  Ensure the management of its customer portfolio;
  •  Prospect and convert customers;
  •  Market technical services in B2B and B2C;
  •  Develop and promote our services;
  •  Develop turnover in the sectors entrusted to you;
  •  Build customer loyalty through listening and qualitative follow-up in the field;
  •  Evaluate, identify the actions to be taken according to each client;
  •  Ensure the reporting of its activity (daily, weekly or monthly);
  •  Provide after-sales service;
  •  Ensure the old competition;
  •  Work in line with SHRLOMEN values to strengthen our brand image;
  •  Perform any other tasks assigned by the administration.



JOB PROFILE

  •  Minimum level of study: Bac + 5 in marketing, commercial action, commerce, communication or a similar field.
  •  Work experience: minimum (3) in a similar position

REQUIRED SKILLS

  •  Pragmatism: knowing how to be in line with the company’s specific objectives and constraints;
  •  Ability to dialogue and negotiate with all departments and suppliers;
  •  Ability to manage teams and solve problems;
  •  Mastery of sales techniques
  •  Mastery of communication tools and techniques
  •  Good interpersonal skills
  •  Active listening
  •  Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  •  Excellent presentation
  •  Good speech
  •  Good resistance to stress
  •  Being bilingual (French/English) is an asset
