IT INTERN – KHAYROUAL GROUP SARL

• Be responsible for providing technical support to employees;
• Solve computer problems;
• Manage internal databases and our websites
• Restore user data in the process of assigning new computers after configuration.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of computer equipment (antivirus, OcS inventory)
• Install and configure IT devices
• Assist with first level troubleshooting of computer hardware

• Good organization of work;
• Solid understanding of basic computer science concepts such as networking; databases and security
• Ability to resolve technical problems and find effective solutions
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Adapt to new technologies.
