JOB OFFER: IT Specialist / IT Maintenance Technician / Stock Manager / Pages and Sites Manager – AUTO 22 INDUSTRY

AUTO 22 INDUSTRY, a leading and growing company in the industrial parts distribution sector in Douala, is looking for a versatile and essential profile: an IT Specialist / IT Maintenance Technician / Stock Manager / Pages and Sites Manager. This key role combines technical, logistical and digital responsibilities, essential for the smooth running and visibility of our company. Main Missions

Under the direct supervision of the General Management, this multifunctional position includes the following responsibilities:

1. Management and Maintenance of the IT Park:

Installation & Configuration: Install, configure and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all IT equipment (workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, scanners, network equipment).
User Support: Provide first and second level technical support to employees (diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures, assistance in the use of business applications, etc.).

Network Management: Administer and monitor the local area network (LAN), Internet connections, and network equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points).
IT Security: Implement and ensure compliance with security policies (antivirus, firewall, access management, regular backups and verification of their data integrity).
Software & Applications: Install, update and manage licenses for business software and applications (ERP, CRM, cash register software, office tools).
Technology Monitoring: Stay informed of new technologies and suggest improvements to optimize tools and infrastructure.
2. Inventory and Logistics Management:

Receiving & Quality Control: Receive goods (spare parts, equipment, consumables), check their compliance (quantity, quality) with purchase orders and report anomalies.
Storage & Optimization: Organize and store products in the warehouse according to best storage practices (space optimization, security, FIFO/LIFO, accessibility, cleanliness).

Stock Movement Monitoring: Record all stock entries and exits rigorously in the management information system (ERP or dedicated software), and ensure traceability.
Inventories: Plan and carry out regular physical inventories (rotating and annual), analyze and justify any discrepancies.
Order Preparation: Prepare customer orders for shipping or collection at the counter, ensuring their accuracy and packaging.

Supplier Management: Participate in the ordering process, track deliveries and manage supplier returns if necessary.
3. Page and Website Management:

Content Update: Update and enrich the content of our web pages (corporate site, e-commerce): news, promotions, new products, technical sheets.
Optimization: Ensure the proper technical functioning of the sites (links, display) and contribute to their optimization for search engines (basic SEO).
Social Media Management: Animate and update the company’s pages on professional social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with relevant publications (products, events, news).
Performance Monitoring: Track site traffic statistics and engagement on social networks.
Web Maintenance: Carry out first-level maintenance of the websites (backups, CMS/plugin updates if necessary).
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a BTS in Management Information Systems, SIO (IT Services to Organizations), Networks and Telecommunications, or a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or Digital Marketing, supplemented by solid experience in the combined fields.
Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, combining responsibilities in IT, inventory management and web/digital management, ideally in a commercial, industrial or automotive parts distribution environment.
Essential Technical Skills:

IT:

Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Client and Server).
Solid knowledge of hardware (assembly, troubleshooting, diagnosis of PCs and peripherals).

Networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, router/switch configuration).
Knowledge and experience with ERP or business management software for inventory and sales management.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, inventory tracking and reporting.
Knowledge of IT security principles (antivirus, firewalls, backups).
Inventory Management:

Proficiency in inventory management methods and techniques (FIFO, LIFO, physical and computer inventories).
Ability to use scanners and data entry terminals for warehouse management.
Web / Digital Management:

Knowledge of CMS (e.g. WordPress, Joomla if used) for content updating.
Proficiency in administration and publishing on major social media platforms.

Basic SEO and web traffic analysis (Google Analytics) skills.
Basic photo editing/graphic design skills for web visuals.

Job Conditions

Contract Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)
