GRAPHIC DESIGN MISSIONS
- Design of communication media: flyers, posters
- Preparation of still or moving images, realization of photomontages, design
- Creation of visuals for publications and advertising campaigns in social networks.
- Create graphic elements: banners, buttons, animations, pictograms, illustrations, photo clipping, etc.
- Decline visuals in web format: banners, wide-angle, animated visuals, e-mailings, GIFs …
- Creation of mock-ups of websites / web platforms, and mobile applications
- Creation of visual identity (logotypes, graphic charters, catalogs …)
- Design of communication media: invitations, press announcements, brochures… – Layout models of paper communication documents
- Be involved in all stages of production: design, creation, execution and printing
- Meet the constraints of realization, deadlines and budget
COMMUNITY MANAGER MISSIONS:
- Design and execution of social media brand strategies;
- Development of editorial strategies, production of content according to needs, targets and sectors of activity
- Development of briefs for print and web communication media (Visual, Flyers, Brochure,)
- Review communication media (print & web) after design
- Preparation of radio and press releases
- Preparation and distribution of bulk SMS campaigns
- Development and distribution of newsletters (Email Marketing)
- Design and execution of influence strategies (ambassadors, blogger relations);
- Animation of communities on managed social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube…);
- Definition and monitoring of social media buying strategies;
- Social listening: quarterly monitoring of brand and competitor actions;
- Social Intelligence: monitoring, benchmarking, analysis of social trends, brand/sector actions, monitoring tools and impact measurements;
- Monthly reporting: media & content: Facebook, Instagram;
- Determination of the role of Social in the brand strategy, the objectives to be achieved and the means envisaged (points of contact, content plan, animation plan)
- Impact analysis, lessons learned and continuous optimization;
- Customer and internal training;
- Collaboration with the various areas of expertise (Strategy, Content, Analytics) and transversally within the company (Consulting, Creation, Strategic Planning, etc.);
- Participation in the development of social activity and expertise within the company.

- Present and adapt the commercial offer to the needs expressed by prospects
- Negotiate with customers in agreement with the supervisor, prices, deadlines and quantities
- Have sales contracts signed.
Customer follow-up and business development
- Ensure compliance with contract clauses and customer satisfaction
- Respond to any commercial request from customers or prospects
- Production monitoring
Debt collection
- Maintenance of a client schedule dashboard
- Meet customer collection deadlines
