JFN is looking for technical sales representatives (M/F) specializing in the sale of certification training for the needs of its services .
Job title : Technical sales – Sale of Certified Training
Job type : Full-time
Contract : COD for one year
Location : Yaoundé and Douala (Cameroon)
Job summary:
The technical sales representative in certification training sales is responsible for promoting and selling JFN certification professional training programs. This role requires a combination of technical skills and sales skills to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities :
- Prospecting for potential clients: Actively seek new clients, particularly companies, individual professionals and institutions, who could benefit from the certification training offered;
- Analysis of customer needs: Understand the specific training needs of each
- Client and propose solutions adapted according to their professional objectives;
- Presentation of training: Present the certification training programs by highlighting their advantages, their characteristics and the opportunities they offer to participants;
- Quote development: Establish personalized quotes based on client needs, clearly explaining costs, training schedules and payment terms;
- Negotiation and monitoring: Negotiate with clients to reach a mutually beneficial agreement and provide regular monitoring to ensure client satisfaction throughout the training process;
- Relationship Development Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, seeking cross-selling and up-selling opportunities;
- Competitive monitoring: Stay informed of certification training market trends, new competitors and industry developments;
- Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, follow-up activities and sales results, and communicate them to management.
Requirements :
- Training in sales, marketing or a related field;
- In-depth knowledge of the certification training programs offered;
- Technical skills to understand training content and customer needs;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives;
- Customer orientation and sense of service;
- Express yourself fluently in French and English;
- Ability to adapt to market developments and customer needs.
