Missions
After a period of immersion in the company’s procedures, you will be responsible for ensuring the keeping of accounting in compliance with established procedures while guaranteeing the regularity of the accounts. You will be responsible for:

Implementation, restatement and creation of the chart of accounts;

Implementation of analytical accounting and creation of an analytical plan

Payroll accounting and declarations (tax and social security);
-
Creation, updating of the fixed assets file, calculation and accounting of monthly depreciation charges;

Monthly bank reconciliation
-
Analysis of balance sheet and management accounts;
-
Creation of the DSF and uploading to the tax website;
-
Preparation of audit missions and follow-up of commissioning
-
Supervision of the accounting team;
-
Editing of presentation slides (Budget report dickarkrapporuckieS..)
2- Objectives/KPI:

The quality of the recommendations;

The quality of DSF
-
The quality of !Imputation in the accounts
-
Closing time; Annual inventories of fixed assets and stocks;

Writing procedures
-
weekly and monthly accounting and analytical reporting;

Participation in setting up the annual budget in collaboration with the DFC
-
Analytical imputation and budgetary monitoring of monthly karts;
-
Design of dashboards
-
Monitoring of management indicators (KPIS) and performance monitoring

Preparation of financial audit missions
-
Production of monthly account statements
-
Tax and social security declaration on time
-
Reconciliations on time;
-
Respect of the invoicing deadline
-
Achievement of recovery objectives

Responsible for accounting operations (sales and third parties) • Responsible for debt recovery

Responsible for inventory and equipment management • Any other tasks that the company could add
