CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – CECIC SA
CECIC SA , a 2nd category microfinance establishment, is looking for Customer Service Representatives for its agencies in Bafoussam and Douala.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and retain a customer portfolio;
- Ensure good management of your credit portfolio;
- Guarantee the optimization of products from its customer portfolio.
Profile:
- Minimum BAC + 2 in commercial action, banking and finance or any other field of finance;
- Have at least two (2) years of professional experience in a similar position in the microfinance or banking sector;
- Know how to create and analyze a credit file;
- Have good financial data analysis skills;
- Master office tools (Word, Excel);
- Be organized demonstrate rigor;
- Have a sense of listening and communication;
- To have team spirit ;
- Demonstrate autonomy and tenacity;
- Mastery of banking software (Sopra banking) would be an asset.
