ACCOUNTING SECRETARY AND/OR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

La Ruche is a Restaurant-Bar-Terrace, located in the heart of Bonanjo, behind the Sitabac building. Young and new one year old structure. We offer a calm and peaceful space in the open air, a relaxed atmosphere and quality service.



We are looking to complete our teams.

We are looking for an executive secretary and/or accounting secretary with accounting knowledge.
You will carry out all the tasks requested in the secretariat. Such as :
  • The reception of company visitors and their orientation;
  • The management of telephone calls between the hierarchy and people outside the company;
  • The management of the physical and electronic emails of the company;
  • Writing emails, letters, reports and other administrative documents;
  • The filing and archiving of the files for which it is responsible;
  • The establishment of dashboards;
  • Management of the agenda of the business manager or his hierarchy;
  • Preparing for trips by his hierarchy or operational management;
  • The organization of meetings on current affairs at the request of his hierarchy;
  • Writing the report of each meeting she/he attends.

 




 

This list of missions is not exhaustive.

In the context of the restaurant, more specifically, you will be required to:
1) Administrative follow-up of personnel: create files in software and paper files, write contract requests, welcome new employees and check documents related to the hiring, updating the personnel register and schedules, tally reports, regulatory agreements, bulletins.
2) Administrative follow-up of the restaurant: carry out the currency orders, control the daily envelopes, prepare the mail to go up to the office, follow the supplier invoices, follow the counting of the discount.
3) As a member of the restaurant team, it is possible that participation in the lunch service (peak hour) is also part of your mission (customer reception, receipts, table service)

PROFILE: 

  • sense of organization and ability to multitask;
  • mastery of the necessary computer systems and software;
  • expertise in administrative and accounting management;
  • coordination and organizational skills;
  • autonomy, independence, responsiveness and good stress management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education type BAC + 2 you benefit from at least a first experience in assistantship.
  • Have either a BTS Accounting if little experience, or at least 1 year of experience in accounting secretariat.
  • English proficiency;
