Green Harvest Farms is a small business growing high quality crops, produce, and livestock, located in the savanna of Nanga-Eboko in central Cameroon.

Do you have what it takes to run pigs or layers farming? We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Farm Technician to help us develop and run our farms.

Do you have what it takes to help our company grow further?
We are looking for highly motivated and enterprising young people with a passion for breeding to help us develop our livestock.
The ideal candidate enjoys taking care of laying hens or pigs and has a willingness to learn and develop. A person who loves the countryside and can live in a small community without difficulty.

Missions:

Management of operations and production taking into account production costs, general resources and human resources
Supervision of breeding operations in the operating area
Execute the production plan in compliance with the technical and financial specifications
Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of equipment
Organize and supervise the work of workers
Report the work carried out to the hierarchy.

Requirements

Holder of agricultural training: Agricultural agent or Agricultural technician
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
You demonstrate great rigor and autonomy in the conduct of your duties
You are enterprising, organized and methodical.
You are mobile and able to deploy in rural areas

Compensation: Variable depending on experience
