CALL CENTER AGENT – ​​BLACKSHOP SARL

The company BLACKSHOP Sarl  Authorized Distributor (DA) of CANAL+ International offers and services , is recruiting for the needs of its services:

Door: Call-Center Agent

Status: full-time, permanent

Number of places: 04 places

Place of employment: Yaoundé Oyom-Abang agency 

Missions and activities of the post: work under the direct responsibility of the Head of Call-Center the Call-Center employee’s main mission is assistance and online customer service, to maintain and stabilize the image of the company. As such, she/he is responsible for:

 

 

 

• The creation of a database of prospects and potential customers,
• Respond to customer questions and keep them informed of the status of their outstanding CANAL+ subscriptions and possibly of promotions launched by CANAL CMR,
• Online technical assistance (providing technical support and maintaining its follow-up) for the customer,
• Sales (generating leads through telephone prospecting),
• Help the BLACKSHOP Company to maintain or increase its customer network (parks),

 

 

Profile sought  :

 

• Be at least 22 years old and at most 30 years old,

Have a minimum professional experience of 01 year in a field of

• Call Center. Experience in the field of CANAL+ is an asset,
• Hold a BTS in Commerce and Management (Bac+2) at least,
• Have an ease in interpersonal communication more telephone,
• Be of good character.
