AGRO QUALITY DIRECTOR (M/F) – MICHAELPAGE

The MICHAELPAGE International Recruitment Firm is looking for 01 Agro Quality Director H/F as part of its activities .

 

 

 

 

Job Description

You are responsible for the following tasks: -Ensure the effectiveness of control procedures at all stages of fruit packaging: from the control of bunches to the export of finished products;

• Control the quality of bunches entering the station and guarantee the quality of exported bananas
• Ensure communication with the Africa/Europe Quality department and sales

 

 

 

 

 

• Contribute to the development/feasibility of new specifications and update them
• Help the quality teams to write the notes and service instructions necessary for the smooth running of fruit packaging and ensure their follow-up
• Ensure the management of traceability tests requested by the European Quality Department or customers;
• Carry out a regular audit of the equipment and operation of the packing stations.
• Ensure the communication and the necessary qualitative adjustments of the production processes, in particular within the framework of the management and follow-up of damage to the landing and customer complaints;
• Define with the Africa Quality department the Quality improvement programs necessary for the needs of the markets (in the short, medium and long term) and ensure the proper execution of these programs.

 

 

 

 

PROFILE

Coming from a higher agronomic training, you justify a similar experience in quality of at least 5 years in plantation, ideally on bananas. You have supervised multidisciplinary and international teams. Your rigor, your organization and sense of quality of service will allow you to succeed in your missions.
