JOB: Trainee cook (F/M)

For our Restaurant Chicken By Nelys, we are looking for an unpaid F/M Kitchen Intern, at least 21 years old
Missions :
- Guarantee the constant quality and creativity of his part
- Join the kitchen brigade
- Observe and reproduce technical gestures
- Carry out simple tasks related to the preparation of culinary preparations, the setting up and dressing of dishes
- Comply with safety and hygiene rules
- Maintain your workstation and work equipment
- Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of service and cooking equipment
- Prepare, cut vegetables and accompaniments
Job requirements :
- Passion for cooking
- Adaptability

- Autonomy
- Desire to learn and progress in your field by participating in any type of work in the kitchen
- Represent the Chicken By Nelys restaurant by maintaining a neat image and professional attitude
- Residing in Douala 5th arrondissement
Qualifications/Training : in catering
Internship conditions
Unpaid internship of at least 3 months
Place of internship: Douala/Makepe
