JOB: Trainee cook (F/M)

For our Restaurant Chicken By Nelys, we are looking for an unpaid F/M Kitchen Intern, at least 21 years old

Missions :

Guarantee the constant quality and creativity of his part
Join the kitchen brigade
Observe and reproduce technical gestures
Carry out simple tasks related to the preparation of culinary preparations, the setting up and dressing of dishes
Comply with safety and hygiene rules
Maintain your workstation and work equipment
Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of service and cooking equipment
Prepare, cut vegetables and accompaniments

Desire to learn and progress in your field by participating in any type of work in the kitchen
Represent the Chicken By Nelys restaurant by maintaining a neat image and professional attitude
Residing in Douala 5th arrondissement

Qualifications/Training : in catering

Internship conditions

Unpaid internship of at least 3 months
