JOB: Business and Project Manager (F/M) – Solutions RH+ Sarl
MAIN MISSIONS :
- Implement operational action plans resulting from the company’s commercial and marketing strategy;
- Develop the business portfolio, products and services;
- Coordinate and supervise actions to search for business opportunities within the framework of overall operations (Banks, Microfinance, Hotels, Offices, Residences, Oil and Insurance Companies, Shops, Leisure, etc.).
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- The definition and structuring of products, services and offers adapted to company standards and customers;
- Prospecting, identifying and developing business opportunities (contracts) with new and existing customers;
- The identification of investment needs and business models necessary for the reconfiguration of offers ((Banks, Microfinance, Hotel, Offices, Residences, Oil and Insurance Companies, Shops, Leisure, Construction, etc.);
- Identification of sites with high potential for developing opportunities in line with the company’s positioning;
- Promotion of the company’s services;

REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Minimum Bac+2 or more in Commerce and Sales, Project Management and/or Commercial Action – Operational Marketing etc..
- Minimum one (01) year of experience in the field;
- Minimum age 25 to 35 years
- Place of Residence: Douala
