BUSINESS DEVELOPER REPRESENTATIVES (M/F) – AFRICA FINANCE GROUP

Africa Finance Group (AFG) is a company specializing in supporting companies in the development of their business. As part of our Business Growth program, we offer marketing and business development solutions as well as process automation to help our clients increase their sales.

 




 

We are looking for motivated Business Developer Representatives to join our team. As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for supporting client companies enrolled in our Business Growth program. Your main goal will be to help these companies grow their business by increasing their sales. You will work with one or more client files assigned to you.

 

 

Responsibilities:

– Build strong relationships with client companies and understand their specific needs.
– Provide tailored advice and solutions to help businesses increase their sales.
– Develop personalized marketing and sales strategies for each client company.
– Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
– Ensure regular follow-up with clients to assess their progress and adjust strategies if necessary.
– Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide high quality service to customers.
– Achieve and exceed set sales targets.

 

 

Requirements:

– Previous experience in sales, business development or marketing.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to understand customer needs and respond proactively.
– Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple client files.
– Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Results oriented and ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
– Good knowledge of IT and digital tools

Conditions of employment:

– Type of contract: CDI (after the trial period)
– Trial period: 3 months, renewable, subject to the achievement of the objectives set.
– Remuneration: Fixed salary and commission based on the business reported to the client companies at your expense.
– Additional benefits: Full and annual health coverage after the trial period.
