CAMI TOYOTA CAMEROON IS RECRUITING
We are looking for a Technician – Spare Parts Sales Representative M/F based in Cameroon.
Missions:
In order to ensure the promotion and distribution of spare parts, the post holder will have the following missions:
Customer Reception and Advice
-
Greet customers and inform them about the parts available or to be made available to customers.

Identify customer needs and explain to them the advantages of CAMI products compared to those of the competition.
Technical documentation of the spare part.

Enter the catalog and find the part references (which requires mastering the documentation software).

Propose solutions adapted to customers (control replacement parts and make proposals to management).
Prospecting and development of the portfolio
-
Develop prospects, target potential customers and negotiate sales
-
Carry out sales visits according to commercial standards and develop our market share with customers in all categories.

End-to-end management of customer accounts by segment
Development of turnover and market share
-
Identify customer needs for different families of parts, establish relevant and competitive quotes.

Record missed sales for non-closing deals with reasons.
-
Inform customers in a timely manner of the progress of their pending orders.

Define commercial actions for turnover development
Reporting commercial
- Carry out reporting according to commercial standards (customer visits, business meetings, reminder of current quotes, information on delivery times and availability of parts, customer prospecting, etc.)
Competitive monitoring and forecast analysis of needs
-
Monitor key market indicators (prices, competitors and activities)

Anticipate customer needs based on vehicle fleet or projects
Required profile:
-
Required diploma: BTS / DUT in Marketing, commerce, sales, Communication
-
Theoretical knowledge: Commercial performance, marketing concepts.
-
Other training and certifications: Mastery of English and mastery of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
-
Experience required: 2 – 3 years of experience in the spare part field

B license holder
