PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (CAT 8)

Manufacture the quantity and quality of the products according to the schedule established in compliance with the conditions.

What will you do?

1. Deliver compliant production volumes by reference, in compliance with the commitments of the

production planning and quality standards. 2. Make optimal use of the human and material resources made available to him during his

quarter.

3. Make optimal use of the production capacities made available to it.
4. Ensure the balancing of production lines.
5. Issue any work orders in the event of a machine breakdown. 6. Ensure recipe integrity and maintain good manufacturing practices.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety rules in its production workshop, during its

 

 

quarter.

8. Contribute to the development of the skills of the human resources under his responsibility. 9. Monitor the achievement of his team’s objectives. Evaluate your employees.
9. Ensure the handover of the machine shift, after an effective meeting to take over the shift

(Production objectives, Health and Safety instructions, Possible difficulties and briefing on previous productions).

11. Ensure a “reporting” integrates production activities in his workshop and during his shift

 

 

(Correct completion of the production and line sheets) 12. Accomplish any other professional task entrusted to him by the hierarchy.

What will be your contribution?

Skills: (Bac +2) DUT- DEUG- BTS- or equivalent

Experience and Qualifications: 3 years of experience in the field within a food company and in a similar position. Team leadership, pragmatism, proactivity, autonomy,

integrity.
