JOB: Communication Assistant – Sasa B2E Management
COMMUNICATION ASSISTANT – SASA B2E MANAGEMENT
Main goals :
- Prospect new clients by phone, email, social media and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to explain how your services can meet those needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as competitor offerings
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and close deals
- Negotiate the terms of service agreements and contracts
- Maintain an accurate record of all sales and prospecting activities using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance.
- Participate in trade shows and other industry events as required
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans
- Contribute to product development and improvement based on customer feedback.
SKILLS :
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
Qualifications :
- Degrees in marketing, business or any other related field
- Fluency in English and French
- Good physical presentation
- Young graduates are strongly encouraged.
