CONTENT CREATOR AND COMMUNITY MANAGER – BBINCUBATOR

Position: Full-Time Social Media Content Creator and Community Manager
Location: Bonaberi, Douala
Are you a creative person passionate about social media, capable of producing engaging content?
We are looking for a dynamic, Full-Time Social Media Content Creator and Community Manager to join our YAkili project team within BBIncubator. If you have excellent command of platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, as well as exceptional skills in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects, we want to hear from you!

Missions

Key Responsibilities: As a Full-Time Content Creator and Social Media Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation: Develop captivating and visually appealing content for social media platforms, primarily Facebook and TikTok.
Content Strategy: Plan, execute and manage content calendars and campaigns to drive audience engagement.
Community Management: Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages and feedback.
Design Skills: Use Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to create impressive graphics, animations and videos.
Photography and CapCut: Use photography skills and possibly CapCut to improve content creation.
Data Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in English and French.

Profile

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Photography skills are an asset.
Knowledge of CapCut is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Great attention to detail and creativity.
Passion for staying up to date on social media trends.
