CUSTOMS DECLARANT (M/F)
Your main mission will be to:
Conduct all customs clearance operations from start to finish.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Identify and collect the documents necessary for monitoring a client file entrusted to you;
Systematically monitor the progress of current files on a daily basis and report to management;
Enter and update customs declarations (CAMCIS platform);
Complete a tariff position value sheet accordingly;
Establish the summary table of VAT and withholding tax to be deducted Document tracking (RVC+Dl+tracking sheet) in the e-force platform;
Monitoring compliance with deadlines for regularization of files processed under suspensive regimes (END ATD etc.);
Guarantee good communication with customers and other partners;
Have delivery documents archived in the relevant files;
Ensure the availability of transport equipment before its assignment to a delivery operation in conjunction with its hierarchy and the delivery center;
Higher education diploma in Customs and Mastery of customs litigation and Transit
, Law, Logistics, International Trade;
customs regulations;
Minimum 05 years of experience in a function
Have knowledge of Customs Law,
similar; Transport Law, International Trade Techniques, Logistics and
Age between 25 and 40 years old; Transportation ;
Mastery of procedures on E-GUCE;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software;
Perfect mastery of the procedure in terms of
Know how to speak and write in French and in
customs clearance and collection; English.
Mastery of entering declarations for all regimes in CAMCIS;
Perfect mastery of customs procedures and various clearance methods;
