OPPORTUNITY

Chinese Civil Engineering Construction Company (CCECC) IS RECRUITING an Architecture Draftsman M/F

Position: Construction designer/designer M/F

The missions of an HVAC designer.

 

 

 

The HVAC designer can:

• Analyze an architect’s plan to verify the feasibility of the installation.
• Be present at all phases of a project, from the sketch to the site rendering.
• Propose possible modifications.
• Offers a specific material or type of material and places an order.
• Study the environment of the installation to analyze the health and thermal situation.
• Calculate the expected energy performance.
• Establish specifications.
• Draw the installation plans in different views and sections.
• Cost the project and prepare the estimate in collaboration with the technicians.
• Applies current standards.
• Updates plans if construction uses BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Type of contract:  Permanent contract

 

 

 

 

Employment contract/ Duration of work

• 35H Daytime work

Salary: 

• Gross salary: Monthly from 400,000 fcfa to 800,000 fcfa over 12 months

Travel

• Travel: CEMAC ZONE, ECOWAS ZONE

Desired profile: 

• Experience: 0 to 3 years This experience is essential

SKILLS

• Identify technical constraints
• Gather technical data for drawing up plans
• Develop a nomenclature

License:  B – Light vehicle
