JOB: Driver – Polyclinic Riana T Sarl

• Drive a vehicle of the structure, in compliance with the highway code, safety conditions and the maximum speed allowed
• Get the director to his destination and on time;
• Distribute and retrieve mail, documents and other Office errands as requested;
• Ensure the provision of efficient and safe driving services both in town and in the interior of the country;
• Maintain to required standards and keep the assigned vehicle clean on a daily basis;
• Check the availability of documents and complete tools for the vehicle (insurance, tracking sheet, first aid kit, tools and necessary spare parts, etc.);

• Ensure proper and regular maintenance of the vehicle by following up on time for small repairs, checking the oil level, checking tires and brakes, washing, etc. ;
• Ensure the validity of all administrative documents relating to the vehicles for which he is responsible (insurance, registration, technical inspections, gray card, etc.);
• Assist in tasks related to the renewal of these documents in case of expiration;
• Inform as soon as possible of actual or potential anomalies observed in the operation of the vehicle;
•  Take the vehicle to the garage for overhaul and maintenance
• Ensure that all urgent actions required by the rules and procedures are taken in the event of accidents (accident report, insurance declaration) and reported to the director without delay;
• Support role: Take care of loading and unloading during deliveries and trips.

• Be between 25-40 years old;
• Valid type B driving licence. Experience
•  2 years minimum of professional experience as a driver
• Excellent knowledge of the highway code, good driving behavior and road safety standards;
• Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
• Good knowledge of the geographical situation of Yaoundé and the regions;
• Driving experiences in urban, interurban and rural areas and while traveling;
• Good knowledge of administrative rules and regulations as well as excellent knowledge of driving rules and skills in minimal repair of vehicles;
• Good knowledge of security measures and protocol.
