(ECOSEC) as indicated below:

Main responsibilities
Coordinate, plan, develop and ensure the implementation of community programs and set up a structure for monitoring the implementation of the action plan; In collaboration with local partners, identify municipalities and community groups according to
defined criteria; Supervise sensitization and advocacy activities in the targeted communities,
■ Set up an accountability mechanism in the communes considered as well as a communication plan with the beneficiaries;
Identify and implement activities to strengthen, optimize and support income-generating activities, development of value chains, and self-managed village savings and credit funds according to the objectives defined in order to contribute to the local community development; • Closely supervise data collection and ensure that the teams in charge have the necessary tools to
evaluate the program according to defined indicators;
Write quality narrative reports, tracing the progress and stages of projects in a professional manner: Manage relationships with local partners, ensure that they fulfill their tasks and responsibilities
respective; Organize regular meetings between the different partners and share the reports with the actors
concerned;

■ Ensure the control, follow-up of program expenditure within the time limits set in accordance with the approved budget and prepare the administrative documents necessary for the payment of local partners.
Job requirements
⚫ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the field of economics, rural economy, food security, rural/community development or any other related field;
■4 to 6 years of professional experience, particularly in the field of local development, microfinance or market analysis.
■ Bilingual English/French:
■ Proficiency in one or more local languages (Fulfulde, Arabic Shoa, Arabic, Kanuri, Mandara, etc.) would be an advantage:
Very good knowledge of the departments of Mayo Sava and Mayo Tsanaga:

Good knowledge of computer tools (Internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) NT Good capacity for analysis, synthesis, planning and evaluation;
⚫ Sense of organization, responsibility and autonomy: Sense of confidentiality and team spirit:
